Discreet Shipping
We value your privacy greatly. Every order is discreetly shipped in plain packaging without any indication of its contents. Our name or logo will not be visible on the outside of the package. Your purchases will remain confidential.
Address Filling
(1)Please review your shipping address carefully before checking out and include your house number if applicable. Once a product has been shipped, we are not responsible for any issues or errors.
(2)We ship to APO/FPO, military addresses, and PO Boxes. For APO/FPO and other military addresses, follow these guidelines:
- Recipient Name: APO and FPO can fill in the recipient's military rank, and DPO is prohibited from filling in the recipient's military rank;
- Address Column: Must fill in Unit and Box Number;
- City: Must be filled in for APO or FPO or DPO;
- State: one of AA/AE/AP;
- Reference: AA (Armed Forces Americas)/ AE (Armed Forces Europe)/ AP (Armed Forces Pacific)
Please note that shipping to these addresses may incur additional fees.
Shipping Method and Cost
Free shipping on all orders $69+, in other cases, please refer to the description on the website. Shipping method: USPS, UPS, YANWEN and so on, but we do not support specify the shipping method at present. Orders shipped via YANWEN will be transferred to USPS or ONTRAC for the final delivery.
Order Processing
If your items are in stock, they'll ship within 24-48 hours on weekdays. Weekend orders ship on Mondays. If something's out of stock or on pre-order, we'll expedite from China, but expect about a week's delay.
Holidays and weekends aren't workdays for us or our partners, leading to slight shipping and customer service delays (2-3 days).
Shipping location
We operate two primary warehouses in the US: one in California and another in New Jersey. Depending on stock availability and your address, we'll select the appropriate warehouse to ensure swift delivery.
Additionally, we maintain a warehouse in China primarily for urgent out-of-stock shipments.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link you can click to track your order. If you do not receive
an email within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), please check your SPAM folder before emailing service@rillafun.com for order status.
The delivery time may be affected by various reasons. If the package is delayed, please wait patiently for 2-3 days or contact the local post office for consultation, or contact customer service to confirm the situation.
