At Rillafun, we want your shopping experience to be top-notch. To help you make the best choices, we provide detailed product descriptions, measurements, and photos (or videos). Please read these carefully before making a purchase.

Here's the Rillafun return policy

Due to the nature of our items, we only accept returns of unopened products with intact packaging and tags. This ensures that each product is brand new, promoting health, safety, and customer peace of mind.
Once opened, items are considered used and cannot be returned unless defective.
If you wish to return a product, please email us pictures of the unopened package within 180 days of purchase. After confirming, we'll provide a return address. Return shipping is at your expense.
Allow 3-4 weeks for us to process your return. For updates, contact us at service@rillafun.com.

What to do if you receive a defective item

If you discover a defect in an item within 180 days of purchase, please contact us at service@rillafun.com and include the following details:

  • Order number, SKU of the defective item, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Pictures or a video showing the problem with the product.
    Once we verify the problem, we will replace the item with either the same product or an alternative of similar value.
What to do if you receive an incorrect product

If you believe you have received the wrong item, please email us at service@rillafun.com within 180 days of purchase. Provide the following information:

  • Pictures of the shipping label (located on the package)
  • Pictures showing the SKU on the product's plastic wrap bag
  • Pictures of the entire package and the product.
What to do in case of lost or returned packages

If the package is delivered successfully but not received by you, there won't be a refund provided.
If the package is lost during transit, we'll resend the same item.
If the package is delivered to a different address, we'll resend the same item.
If a package is returned due to address issues or if you fail to pick it up in time, we'll resend the item, and a $7 shipping fee will be charged.
In case of force majeure events like customs or postal returns without reason, we'll resend the same item.

What to do if you want to cancel your order

Contact us at service@rillafun.com within 24 hours of purchase for a free cancellation.
Orders are typically processed and shipped quickly, so cancellation after submission is unlikely.
If unable to cancel and you no longer need the order, attempt to decline the package upon delivery. If unable to do so, follow the return policy.
Refunds may take 3-7 business days to process, depending on your bank's transfer procedures.

Additional Notes

For orders valued at $500 or more, a 20% processing fee will be charged in the following scenarios:

  1. Cancellation of the entire order;
  2. Return of all products in the order (unopened package);
  3. Other situations, please contact us at service@rillafun.com;

For orders less than $500, no processing fee will be charged:

  1. For return of all products in the order (unopened package): Refund does not include shipping fee.
  2. For cancellation: Full refund.
  3. Other situations, please contact us at service@rillafun.com.

If you are purchasing a high-value product (over $500), please record a video of the package opening process. If there are any problems with the product, contact us at service@rillafun.com and send the video to our customer service department for confirmation.
